Customer Questions

What do I need to bring with me?

All you need is yourself, a big smile and a big appetite. It is always a good plan to wear comfortable shoes and probably not your “going out” clothes as even though we provide aprons and everything else you need the course might be prone to the odd splash or dusting of flour!

What the timings for the course?

All of our courses run from 10am through until 2.30pm. Don’t worry it’s all about cooking but there is also a glass of wine or two throughout the day also!

Will I take food home?

Yes! We like to make lots (we are quite adventurous). We make a minimum of  7 recipes on each of the courses so we tend to say that you will be able to feed 2-3 people with everything you take home. Never fear it is easy to get everything home in one of the goodie bags you will receive.

p.s. If you have been bought a voucher it is only fair to share your fruits of your labour with them!

What happens before the course, how do I know where to go?

We will be in touch via email during the week before your course with all the detailed directions and timings etc but as ever if you have any questions or queries in the meantime just give us a shout…

What happens about allergies and dietary requirements?

We like to make life easy so if there is anything specific just let us know one of the great things about our courses are that they are only for six people so we can be totally flexible. When you book if you simply type a few words in the notes section to explain that would be perfect!

Easy answer to this one – there is loads!

What happens if I can't make my course?

We would like to think we are very “normal” about this type of thing, give us a call ASAP and we can get you booked onto another course. Take a look at our T&C’s for full details.
